BoltLockNow provides 24/7 emergency locksmith services across UK through our network of verified, independent locksmiths. Our AI-powered system answers calls within 3 rings and dispatches appropriate local professionals.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Emergency lockout assistance
• Lock repair and replacement
• Key cutting and duplication
• uPVC door mechanism repair
• Security consultations

When you contact BoltLockNow:

• You are making a request for service, not placing a firm order
• Service is confirmed when a locksmith accepts your job
• We will provide estimated arrival times and pricing
• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins
• You may cancel anytime before locksmith arrives without charge

Pricing:

• All prices include labor and standard parts
• Evening, weekend, and holiday rates may apply
• Premium parts (if requested) are charged separately
• No VAT on domestic residential work
• Commercial work subject to VAT at current rate

Payment:

• Payment due on completion of work
• We accept cash, cards, bank transfer, and digital payments
• No advance payment required

We guarantee:

• 12-month warranty on all parts and workmanship
• Quality assurance - all locksmiths are Quality Checked and insured
• Response commitment - calls answered within 3 rings, 24/7
• Transparent pricing - no hidden fees or surprise charges

If our work fails within 12 months due to defect or poor workmanship, we'll return to fix it free of charge.

We cannot provide service:

• Where we reasonably suspect illegal activity
• For locations deemed unsafe by our locksmiths
• Where adequate proof of occupancy cannot be established
• For specialty locks requiring manufacturer-specific parts not carried

Our liability is limited to:

• The cost of original service provided
• Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)
• Claims must be made within 30 days of service

Customer Cancellations:

• Free cancellation before locksmith dispatch
• £25 cancellation fee if cancelled after dispatch but before arrival
• Full charges apply if cancelled after locksmith arrives

Service Failures:

• If we cannot gain entry due to exceptional circumstances: £45 callout charge only
• If our locksmith fails to arrive within reasonable time: no charge
• If work cannot be completed due to our fault: no charge

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Recording calls for quality and training purposes
• Sharing job details with assigned locksmiths
• Sending service updates via SMS and email
• Retaining records for legal and business purposes

If you're not satisfied with our service:
