Pricing FAQ
Are there any additional charges?
No. Our prices include everything: callout, labour, and standard parts. The only additional costs would be for premium locks (if requested) or extensive damage repair, which we'll discuss and quote for before proceeding.
What if you can't fix the problem?
If we attend but cannot gain entry or fix your lock due to exceptional circumstances, you only pay a reduced callout charge of £45. We'll always explain the situation and options.
Do you charge VAT?
For domestic (residential) properties, no VAT is charged. For commercial properties, VAT at 20% applies to the total bill. This will be clearly stated when booking.
Can I get an exact quote before you come?
Yes. When you call, we'll ask about your specific situation and provide an accurate estimate. The final price is confirmed before any work begins, so there are never any surprises.
